I’ve waited a combined total of over 12 hours in the head staff waiting room for nothing. Is there a specific time I should look into joining?

I’ve waited a total of over 12 hours to speak to a member of head staff and still not spoken to one. I was wrongly banned and am now unbanned but my gamer tag is still banned from the store meaning I can’t upgrade to pyro. Fix this please.
