Won't let me join because of VPN that I don't have. The link ts.vipermc.net doesnt work when I put it in the browser

I can't join the server because my IP is blocked due to being associated with a VPN. I do not have a VPN. The link that the message says doesn't work. Where can I go to be whitelisted? There isn't really a dedicated IP/VPN Whitelist appeal section. Thanks.

By the way, you will need to download the TeamSpeak application. Just look up "TeamSpeak" on your browser & download the application.
